Current designation- Associate Professor( Marketing), Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai.
Currently Head of Marketing, Retail and International Business Management, Visiting faculty at IIT and IIMs at Chennai Business School.
A consistent academic topper through her student life, she has rich experience of working in corporate India for fifteen years. She has worked in several organizations like HUL, Cavinkare and Nippon Paint and different aspects of Sales and Marketing. Her work experience pans across industries and across various parts of India, adding a rich diversity to her profile. Her last corporate assignment was Vice President- Marketing and Branding at Novatium Solutions Private Limited.
Her passion lies in teaching and writing. She currently is a Professor and Head of Department at Chennai Business School. She also teaches at various B Schools across the country and has been on the jury for many Management School competitions. Her interest in writing led her to start her own blog ‘rajeevictor.blogspot.com’. She is also a frequent writer in newspapers on management subjects.
Recently she has written a book titled ‘ My Life My Choice -mid life career choices’ published by Macmillan. The book is a must read for all the working class people.
